2024 tested our mettle! With a laser focus on being the bridge between employers and job seekers, we encountered hurdles and crushed them. We recorded over 2,000,000 job applications to entry, mid and senior-level roles in various industries but that’s not all we did. Here are highlights of some of our achievements.
Job Applications: Creating a Springboard For Career Opportunities
One of our proud achievements this year is sponsoring the efforts of jobseekers in pursuing their dream careers as we recorded over 2,000,000 applications to roles across various industries. Nigerian jobseekers reached for the sky this year and we are proud to have played a part through our platform.

Key Events: Empowering Employers & Jobseekers
This year, we intentionally created opportunities for employers to meet with talent through significant events. We also hosted employers at different events. Here are the highlights of some of them:
- Lagos Career Fair: We hosted one of the biggest career fairs in Lagos Nigeria, connecting talent at all levels to Employers across several industries in Lagos state. Employers reeled top talent into their pipeline and jobseekers found the next career-boosting opportunities at the event.
- Enugu Career Clinic: This was the premier edition of the Jobberman Career Clinic in Enugu, Nigeria. Industry leaders and career professionals addressed the most pressing challenges of jobseekers, fostering a better understanding of their career goals and how to achieve them.
- HR Fusion by Jobberman: We hosted HR professionals twice in 2024 to discuss the talent and recruitment landscape in relation to the economy. Employers, key decision-makers and HR professionals came together in a collaborative discourse.
- PWD Jobseeker-Focused Events: These events placed a primary focus on Persons With Disabilities, addressing their career challenges and discussing ways to foster inclusion in the employment space in Nigeria.
