The Rising Stars of the Year awards honor next-generation individual advisors and/or executives of financial advisory firms who have demonstrated vision, creativity, integrity, leadership and high performance in making an impact on their firm, the industry and wealth management in general this past year.
They are chosen by the WealthManagement.com Industry Awards’ independent panel of judges based on specific examples of their leadership, supporting initiatives that are driving change and benchmarks such as business growth, thought leadership content development, industry activism and more.
This year’s list of five includes Andrew Davis, who created a weekly video series on macroeconomic trends, boosting client engagement and retention at Bryn Mawr Capital Management; Nicky Amore, who created an Advisor Training Playbook and helped grow Falcon Wealth Planning’s AUM $40 million in the last 18 months; and Joseph Raieta, who built a platform to enhance the advisor experience once onboarded at Snowden Lane Partners, among others.
They were recognized on stage at the Wealthies awards gala in New York City on Sept. 5.
